REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

  1. Refunds

You have 7 days to request a refund from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2-3 Days.

  1. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@pawandwoof.com within 2-3 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

  1. Return Shipping

To return your product, Please contact us and we will peovide instructions where to send Your return. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
